1. Collect idea’s of things that you like so we can include them into your design and things you dislike so we exclude them.
2. Have an idea of your available budget so we can design a home that meets all of your requirements.
3. Call Dave to arrange a preliminary meeting and get the ball rolling

Steps involved to create your new home

• Preliminary meeting to discuss the project
• Design the floor plan and elevations in relation to your desired features, needs, and budget along with the natural aspects of the selected building block.
• Make selections of your PC items
• Lodge the plans into local council for building approval
• Prepare the site and commence site works
• Watch the construction of your new home through the various stages
• Inspect the final finishes prior to handover
• Receive the front door keys to your new Master Built Home
• Move in and Relax in your new space.
